Account Manager Greenwood Village | Full-Time | Salaried Position Summary PRRS is seeking an Account Manager who will own the day-to-day performance, retention, and growth of an assigned client portfolio. This is a highly analytical, client-facing role. The Account Manager will routinely review operational and financial data, identify trends and exceptions, translate findings into clear business insights, and work across PRRS, Paralign, clients, operators, and technical partners to resolve issues and improve results. Success in this position requires more than strong relationship management. The Account Manager must be comfortable working with large data sets, validating data accuracy, questioning unexplained variances, and presenting concise, fact-based recommendations. The role also supports new-site implementation, client communication, service expansion, and ongoing operational accountability. About PRRS Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS), founded in 2002, provides integrated parking compliance and collection services to national, regional, and local parking operators throughout the United States. PRRS supports a wide range of parking environments, including commercial lots and garages, municipal facilities, colleges and universities, airports, hospitals, commercial properties, and residential buildings. PRRS helps clients improve compliance, increase revenue, and deliver a better parking experience through technology, operational discipline, accurate reporting, and responsive customer service. Primary Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for account performance, operational issues, reporting, and service needs. Build trusted client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, preparation, and follow-through. Lead recurring client performance reviews and clearly explain results, trends, risks, open issues, and action plans. Coordinate new site launches and service changes with clients and internal implementation, operations, product, sales, compliance, and technical teams. Monitor open maintenance, implementation, integration, and operational items; establish ownership and deadlines and drive issues through resolution. Identify opportunities to expand PRRS and Paralign services across existing client portfolios based on client needs, site performance, and available data. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely account records, activity notes, forecasts, site information, and follow-up commitments in company systems. Prepare client presentations, business reviews, reports, proposals, and other account deliverables. Represent PRRS professionally at client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events; business travel may be required. Data Analysis and Performance Review Review account, site, transaction, notice, payment, compliance, revenue, maintenance, and operational data on a recurring basis. Analyze performance by client, operator, market, state, site, and time period to identify trends, outliers, revenue changes, and operational gaps. Investigate material variances and determine likely causes, including downtime, data-flow interruptions, payment behavior, configuration changes, site holds, seasonality, or client operating decisions. Validate the completeness and accuracy of reports before they are distributed; reconcile conflicting information and escalate unresolved data-quality concerns. Develop and maintain scorecards, dashboards, spreadsheets, and recurring reports that make performance easy for clients and leadership to understand. Translate complex data into concise findings, business impact, recommended actions, responsible owners, and measurable deadlines. Track the results of corrective actions and confirm whether changes produced the expected operational or financial improvement. Monitor key performance indicators and proactively alert clients and leadership when results fall outside expected ranges. Partner with internal data, product, finance, operations, and technology teams to improve reporting definitions, data integrity, and visibility. Use Excel and business intelligence tools to organize, filter, reconcile, summarize, and visualize data for internal and external review. Required Qualifications Three or more years of experience in account management, client success, business analysis, operations analysis, financial analysis, or a related client-facing role. Strong analytical judgment and demonstrated ability to interpret operational and financial information, identify patterns, and draw defensible conclusions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, filters, conditional formatting, charts, and reconciliation of data from multiple sources. Experience creating performance reports, dashboards, executive summaries, or client business reviews. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and cross-functional action items. High attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and follow-through. Ability to define problems, collect and validate relevant information, establish facts, recommend action, and measure outcomes. Comfort working with technology-enabled services and understanding how software, hardware, integrations, and operating processes affect client results. Ability to respond professionally to client concerns and work effectively under deadline pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience in parking, mobility, SaaS, payments, compliance, collections, or another transaction-intensive service business. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or similar reporting and workflow tools. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, operations, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Key Measures of Success Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of account reporting. Early identification and resolution of performance or data issues. Client retention, satisfaction, responsiveness, and confidence in PRRS reporting. Completion of account action items and cross-functional commitments by agreed deadlines. Measurable improvement in site performance and responsible expansion of services within existing accounts. Professional Expectations The Account Manager is expected to demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, respect for diversity, accountability, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge unclear or incomplete information. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable owning both the client relationship and the accuracy of the story the data tells.
