We are seeking a driven, compassionate, and experienced Director of Client Care to lead and elevate the client experience across multiple office locations. About the Role The Director of Client Care is responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, care quality and case management oversight, and continued growth across a designated region. This role oversees staff and operations across multiple offices, including nurse and case management teams, and plays a key role in expanding services, building partnerships, and maintaining compliance. You will lead by example—driving accountability, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring timely, compassionate, and high-quality care for every client we serve.
