Scheduling Supervisor Full-Time | Monday-Friday (in office) |

On-Call Rotation Required Compensation:

$19.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. dependent on experience We're seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee proactive scheduling, support both caregivers and clients, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality home care services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, forward-thinking, and excels in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain proactive caregiver schedules based on client needs, staff availability, and agency growth Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability Handle call-offs and last-minute changes Communicate with caregivers and clients Join the required on-call rotation (after-hours support; includes weekends)

Qualifications:

Previous scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination experience preferred Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting High level of professionalism and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 21+ with high school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required
