Ensure the store is clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for customers. Monitor the condition and operation of claw machines and other store equipment. Address operational issues promptly and communicate maintenance or safety concerns to Store Operations. Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed. Scheduling & Payroll Create and distribute the weekly employee schedule. Ensure the store is properly staffed based on business needs and expected sales. Manage employee hours and payroll to remain within the established labor budget. Review time records and payroll for accuracy. Adjust staffing levels when necessary to control labor costs while maintaining excellent customer service. Inventory & Budget Management Order inventory and supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels. Monitor inventory usage and ensure orders remain within the established inventory budget. Track inventory levels and identify shortages, overstock, or unnecessary expenses. Ensure merchandise and supplies are properly received, organized, and accounted for. Work to minimize waste, loss, and unnecessary spending. Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun, welcoming experience for every customer. Lead by example and ensure employees interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Ensure the team understands the importance of creating positive customer interactions. Team Leadership & Training Hire, train, coach, and develop employees as needed. Train team members on customer service expectations, store procedures, and daily responsibilities. Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, professionalism, and customer service.
Recognize employees who demonstrate strong performance and teamwork. Address performance concerns and provide coaching when necessary. Build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Sales & Performance Goals Take ownership of the store's sales performance and work toward meeting or exceeding established sales goals. Monitor daily and weekly sales results. Coach employees on ways to increase sales and improve customer engagement. Encourage employees to promote games, merchandise, promotions, and other revenue opportunities. Identify opportunities to increase sales while maintaining a great customer experience. Communicate sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to Store Operations.
