Job Description
Key Responsibilities Leadership:
Manage and develop the Customer Account Management team, providing daily direction on order entry and priorities.Operational Excellence:
Oversee the quoting process, price lists, and the alignment of customer backlog with production and shipping schedules.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to balance customer commitments with cost control and margin objectives.Process Improvement:
Drive ERP optimization to streamline manual tasks and improve response times for quotes and order status.Reporting:
Manage performance metrics and provide ad-hoc reports to support business development and annual planning.Qualifications Experience:
3-5 years of experience, ideally in a build-to-order manufacturing environment (Aerospace experience highly preferred).Management:
3+ years of leadership experience.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; ability to interpret complex technical specifications.Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with quality certification environments and highly regulated industries.Education:
