We are a full service, AAHA accredited veterinary practice just outside of Middletown, CT. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, goal oriented.- Good communication skills, both written and oral, with a wide range of personalities and cultures
- Background in managing service oriented operations.
- Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.
