We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Danielson, CT. This role is 100% on site. The Customer Service Supervisor leads the customer service team and is responsible for customer retention through effective execution of SPIROL's Order Fulfillment Process. This individual provides coaching, develops employees, drives process improvement, manages escalated customer situations, supports recruiting and onboarding efforts, and ensures the department meets service objectives.
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years of customer service leadership experience Manufacturing environment strongly preferred Experience leading and developing teams ERP and business systems experience is considered ideal Strong operational and organizational skills Proven ability to manage competing priorities Experience with performance management, coaching, and employee development
