Assistant Client Experience & Events coordinator Fuchs Financial Middletown, CT Job Details Part-time $20 - $22 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer service Administrative experience Attention to detail Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description Fuchs Financial is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Client Experience & Events Assistant . This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, office administration, or a related field , as well as an entry-level candidate interested in building experience in these areas. This position combines event coordination, client experience, and administrative support . The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping with both hands-on events and day-to-day office projects. What You'll Do Help plan and prepare for client events, workshops, and appreciation activities Assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup Coordinate event details with venues, vendors, and other partners Help manage event registrations, RSVPs, guest lists, and follow-up Prepare client gifts, mailings, and other client appreciation items Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate client information Update and organize information within our CRM system Maintain spreadsheets, lists, and event-related records Assist with administrative tasks and special projects Help create welcoming and memorable experiences for our clients What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with event planning, hospitality, customer service, or administrative work is a plus Experience with CRM systems is helpful but not required Reliable transportation
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
