Founded in 1958, the agency has grown to include second- and third-generation family members and maintains strong community ties. Role Description the Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milford, CT, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
Policy Management:
Manage policy expirations and renewals.
Renewal Process:
 Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
Activity Monitoring:
Monitor and maintain activity/suspense to ensure timely completion.
Communication:
Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team regarding workload status and any issues.
Service Excellence:
Deliver excellent service, proactively anticipate needs, and respond quickly to service requests.
Policy Compliance:
Stay updated on company policies and procedures. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of commercial insurance and client needs Required active licensing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
