Projects can be multi-faceted as they are different for OEMs, NA's, Millworkers and Wiring Systems. Link in communication between customers and applications to ensure all BOMs are accurate and timely. Coordinate any changes required to the applications team to successfully provide revised documentation in a clear and efficient manner. Communicate interdepartmentally on project status, product development, custom requests and sales collateral needs Follow-up with customers to keep open projects on track and schedule. Organize pricing structures for different types of customer bases. Review project layouts, fixture schedules and requests to provide project quotations Coordinate with new customers to provide efficient processes and quotations to grow the relationship through thorough, professional and timely communication Receive, review and coordinate release of purchase orders. Communicate with colleagues to relay proper information for successful order entry Review product and material stock levels to provide lead times and manage customer expectations of order completion Make sure all info in CRM and ERP is correct and proper documentation is uploaded. This includes but isn't limited to: Setting up new customers, Maintaining customer info in accounts, opportunities, sales orders and Quotes, Rep / salesperson code routing, PO's and Quotes, Clearly documenting all information on projects, All pertinent documents to be added into each opportunity, sales order and account, Notes from discussions or emails, And other duties as assigned Experience & Education Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Three plus years of account management or project management experience Lighting experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Job Type:
