Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Nissan Service Manager to lead our automotive service department with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards in customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality of work. Oversee all aspects of the service department including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repair. Manage estimating processes using specialized software to accurately assess repair costs and communicate effectively with clients. Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs while maintaining transparency and integrity. Ensure all service technicians adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with dealership policies. Handle client communication efficiently, providing updates on vehicle status and explaining repair procedures clearly. Monitor parts inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of necessary components. Maintain accurate records of cash handling, service writing, estimates, invoices, and repair orders. Drive dealership goals by promoting auto service sales through excellent customer service and technical expertise. Requirements Proven experience managing an auto service department within a dealership or automotive repair shop. Strong mechanic background with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, transmissions, collision repairs, etc. Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including tire services, shocks & struts replacements, wheel alignments, engine diagnostics, and more. Demonstrated ability to upsell services ethically while ensuring customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
