We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, leading a small team, providing excellent customer service, and helping with the day-to-day operations of the store. This is a hands-on position — you will be working alongside the team to serve customers, prepare beautiful fruit arrangements, process orders, and keep the store running smoothly. Responsibilities Open and/or close the store and ensure all daily procedures are completed Supervise and support employees during shifts Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Take and process customer orders accurately Help prepare and design fruit arrangements, chocolate-covered fruit, platters, and other Edible products Ensure orders are completed accurately, beautifully, and on time Assist with inventory, receiving products, stocking, and daily preparation Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally Help train new employees and provide direction during busy shifts Monitor the team and make sure daily tasks are completed Assist with cash register/POS and basic store paperwork Help maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment Be willing to work hands-on during busy periods, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For Previous supervisory, management, retail, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Reliable and responsible Positive attitude and professional appearance Able to work independently and make good decisions Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with customers and handling difficult situations professionally Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions Comfortable learning how to prepare and design Edible products Basic computer/POS skills Must be dependable and punctual Weekend and holiday availability is required, especially during busy seasons This Position Is a Great Fit For Someone Who Enjoys working with people Takes pride in providing excellent customer service Likes being busy and staying organized Wants responsibility and the opportunity to grow Is a team player but can also take charge when needed Doesn't mind getting hands-on with food preparation and store operations

Schedule Part-time:
