Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team. The Client Success Manager at Anura plays a key role in helping transition sales prospects into active users while building strong, long-term client relationships. This position focuses on client communication, account support, training, and ensuring overall client success with our services. This position is located in our Middletown, Delaware office. It is 100% in-office with no option for remote work.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain client relationships, acting as a primary liaison between the client and Anura. Process and manage client contracts and documentation. Collaborate with team members to prepare for client meetings, problem-solving, and strategizing. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to gather client references, referrals, and develop case study ideas. Work across various teams to guarantee client satisfaction and retention. Support the sales team by understanding client needs and providing sales assistance when needed. Build trust and enhance brand loyalty to secure long-term client relationships. Organize and conduct quarterly client meetings and training sessions. Host client training webinars. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and pertinent information in HubSpot. Develop and oversee referral programs. Undertake additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Positive, energetic, and client-centric attitude. Experience working with SaaS products is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and other relevant software. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools. Understanding of digital advertising terminology. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as necessary. This position starts at $50,000 annually, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
