SUMMARY StretchLab is taking over the world as the premier destination for one-on-one assisted stretching services. We're always looking for motivated individuals who share our values and passion for wellness. We are looking for an exceptionally organized, energetic, self-motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as our Sales, Marketing & Client Experience Manager.

THE ROLE

This position has five primary areas of responsibility: 1) Sales & Revenue Growth, 2) Lead Management & Follow- Through, 3) Member Appointment Management, 4) Organic Local Social Media & Marketing, 5) Paid Digital Advertising. You will work closely with the owner across all five areas.

SALES & REVENUE GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding quickly to new inquiries and leads; conducting consultations with prospective clients; understanding each prospect's goals and needs; clearly communicating the value of services; confidently asking for the sale; handling objections and helping prospects make decisions; following up with prospects who don't immediately join; re-engaging previous and inactive prospects; meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals; tracking sales activity and results; identifying opportunities to increase membership revenue and retention.

LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-THROUGH RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to new leads quickly; maintaining an organized lead pipeline; following up by phone, text and email; keeping track of who needs to be contacted and when; continuing appropriate follow-up when prospects don't respond; recording interactions and next steps; moving prospects through the sales process; identifying where prospects are getting stuck; reporting on lead and conversion activity.

MEMBER APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively booking future appointments for members; maintaining recurring appointment schedules; monitoring appointment availability; helping members maintain consistent stretching schedules; managing rescheduling and cancellations; communicating scheduling changes to members; identifying scheduling gaps and opportunities; helping maximize available appointment capacity; anticipating scheduling issues before they become problems.

ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA & LOCAL MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating organic Facebook and Instagram posts; taking photos and short-form videos at the studio; highlighting clients, team members and studio activity; creating educational content around stretching, mobility, recovery and wellness; promoting studio events and promotions; highlighting local community involvement; identifying opportunities for local partnerships and exposure; keeping social media presence active and engaging.

PAID DIGITAL ADVERTISING RESPONSIBILITIES

Potential responsibilities include creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns; monitoring campaign performance; managing audiences and targeting; testing different creative and messaging; monitoring cost per lead and lead quality; evaluating campaign results; making recommendations regarding advertising budget; coordinating organic and paid social-media efforts; working with the owner to continually improve lead generation.

New leads are contacted quickly; follow-up is consistent and organized; sales opportunities don't fall through the cracks; monthly sales goals are consistently pursued and achieved; members are proactively scheduled; the appointment calendar is well managed; clients receive an exceptional experience; organic social media content is being consistently produced; local marketing opportunities are being identified; the owner has greater visibility into sales and marketing performance; increasing ownership of the day-to-day growth of the business.

WHY THIS POSITION IS DIFFERENT

This isn't a traditional front-desk job and isn't a traditional corporate management position. You will work directly with the owner and have the opportunity to become a key part of a growing wellness business. Ideas will be heard, results will matter, and more responsibility can be earned with demonstrated ownership and results.

COMPENSATION BASE + COMMISSION + BONUS OPPORTUNITY
Pay:

Up to $65,000.00 per year
