We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our Orlando team. This position plays a key role in coordinating field service technicians, communicating with customers, and keeping daily service operations running smoothly. This is anIN-PERSONposition in Orlando, FL,Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position Summary:

Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with service needs. Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on location, availability, and urgency. Communicate throughout the day with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Monitor technician schedules and adjust priorities as service needs change. Review technician work orders for accuracy and completeness. Communicate through third-party customer portals and applications. Provide timely updates to customers regarding service status. Assist with additional service department responsibilities as needed.

Key Qualifications:

Previous service dispatching or coordinating experience required. HVAC, refrigeration, commercial service, or other field-service dispatch experience strongly preferred. Experience coordinating multiple field technicians and managing changing priorities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen. Must be at least 18 years old.
