Role Overview We are seeking an execution-driven Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring that customer interactions, order fulfillment, and internal workflows are executed at a high level. You will serve as the central point of coordination across operations, logistics, and customer support, helping to keep the business running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who leads through action, takes ownership, and consistently ensures that priorities are completed without the need for oversight. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Ownership Own the end-to-end customer experience across inquiries, support, and follow-ups Ensure timely, professional, and high-quality communication with customers Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a strong brand experience Operations, Logistics & Fulfillment Management Oversee inventory awareness and coordination with warehouse activity Manage packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment processes Ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency in product flow Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Operational Execution & Systems Maintain organization across orders, inventory, and customer records Support the development and refinement of operational workflows Ensure systems and processes are followed and continuously improved Executive & Business Support Support leadership with scheduling, follow-ups, and execution of key priorities Act as a central operator to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently Help align daily operations with broader company goals Light Digital & Content Support Support basic content updates, uploads, and formatting Assist with simple digital or social media-related tasks as needed Maintain consistency across customer-facing touchpoints Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, customer experience, logistics, or similar roles Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working with business systems and digital tools Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability Ability to take initiative and operate independently Preferred Experience Experience in eCommerce, wellness, or product-based businesses Familiarity with fulfillment, shipping, or inventory management processes Experience supporting founders or executive leadership Exposure to biomedical or wellness-related industries is a plus Performance & Impact This role includes performance-based incentives tied to measurable impact across key areas: Operational Efficiency Improving fulfillment speed and accuracy Reducing errors, delays, and inefficiencies Customer Experience & Retention Ensuring timely, high-quality customer interactions Supporting a seamless end-to-end customer journey Execution & Business Impact Consistent follow-through on priorities Proactive problem-solving that supports daily operations and growth Location Note This is an on-site role based in West Palm Beach, with plans to transition into a new office within the Boynton Beach to West Palm Beach area in the next 60 to 90 days as part of company growth.
