Job Description
Property Maintenance Coordinator The Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee service delivery for a diverse portfolio of client properties. This role serves as the central hub of communication, connecting clients, real estate agents, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that maintenance projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Core Responsibilities Coordinate service requests, dispatch vendors, and negotiate pricing, bids, and completion timelines. Review property photographs to verify job completion and ensure work meets strict client standards. Manage multiple communication channels to handle inquiries regarding services, billing, and status updates for clients and brokers. Utilize internal proprietary software and Microsoft Office to track project lifecycles and daily workloads. Key Requirements Strong background in customer service, active problem-solving, and sharp negotiation skills. Comfortable learning proprietary digital systems and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a high sense of urgency and follow-through. Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
