We're looking for an exceptional Administrative & Customer Experience Manager to become a key part of our team. This is more than a desk job. We're looking for someone who is as comfortable managing orders, paperwork, vendors, and workflow as they are talking with customers about furniture, fabrics, colors, and design. What You'll Do Process and manage customer and purchase orders Order furniture and track incoming merchandise Communicate with customers and manufacturers Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams Handle warranty, damage, and service issues Maintain accurate paperwork and organized workflows Assist customers in the showroom when needed Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from purchase through delivery Who We're Looking For You are organized, detail-oriented, dependable, personable, and comfortable taking ownership . Strong communication and computer skills are important. Experience in furniture, interior design, retail management, purchasing, office administration, or customer service is a plus. We can teach you furniture. What we're really looking for is good judgment, attention to detail, initiative, professionalism, and someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of customers.
