When someone signs with us, they've made a major decision. As our Customer Success Coordinator, your job is to make sure they never doubt it. You're the bridge between contract signing and the day the lights power on. You'll own communication, set expectations, and keep customers confident from kickoff to activation.
What You'll Do:
Lead kickoff calls that transfer trust from the sales team to the company Handle inbound customer calls about status, timelines, and next steps Schedule installations once permits are cleared and prep customers for install day Keep our sales team informed with reliable, real-time updates Conduct post-activation "Success Calls" — celebrate customers, remind them of their savings, and close the loop You're the

Love people and are genuinely great on the phone Stay calm and proactive when things get uncertain Can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping them Know when to escalate — and do it without hesitation
