Assistant Manager — Client Experience & Operations Part-time role supporting day-to-day operations and client flow. (~20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow) Responsibilities Monitor lead activity and ensure follow-up is completed Step in when tasks are delayed or not completed Support front desk flow (check-in, checkout, billing basics) Maintain consistency across daily processes Identify and address small operational gaps Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience Organized and detail-oriented Clear communication Able to take initiative Reliable and consistent Compensation $35/hour Plus performance-based monthly bonuses Opportunity to expand the role To apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume and a short cover letter.
