What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the Account Services team Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics Improve customer service, order processing, and team productivity Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers Resolve customer escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Bring 3+ years of leadership experience 5+ years of customer service, account services, or sales support experience Strong KPI reporting and data analysis skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Bilingual English Required/Spanish preferred Aerospace or regulated industry experience highly preferred Why Sky Mart?
