Position Summary The Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in keeping our office operations organized and running smoothly. Coordinate daily schedules with field technicians to maximize efficiency. Maintain accurate customer records, office files, and administrative documentation. Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with general office administration. Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and account payments. Assist with purchasing office and operational supplies. Support company marketing initiatives, including managing and updating social media platforms. Help maintain a professional and engaging online presence for the company. Assist with customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships. Identify opportunities to educate customers about additional services and assist with sales conversations when appropriate. Support management with administrative projects and daily operational needs. Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
