Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Full-Time | In-Person | Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18-$20/hr + Commission We're a janitorial supply company looking for a driven, organized Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role — you'll manage existing accounts, support day-to-day operations, and actively hunt for new business in the field. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold outreach and field visits Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and upselling Handle customer calls, emails, and order processing accurately and efficiently Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding balances using QuickBooks Support daily operations including order tracking, billing, and admin tasks What We're Looking For 2+ years in a sales role — inside, outside, or both Proven ability to prospect and close new business (B2B preferred) QuickBooks experience a plus Strong communicator who's organized, dependable, and self-motivated Janitorial, distribution, or related industry experience a plus Spanish a plus Compensation $18-$20 per hour based on experience Commission and performance incentives tied to new and existing account growth Stable, Monday-Friday schedule — no nights or weekends
