Job Description

Peyton Bolin, PL is a real estate law firm, and Giannell Title, LLC is a title company, serving clients throughout Florida. Our team includes attorneys, paralegals, title professionals, and administrative staff who work together to provide responsive, professional, and detail-oriented service. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, property managers, and other business partners. Position Overview The Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for everyone who contacts or visits our office. This person will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, assist with scheduling, maintain the front office area, and provide general administrative support to the firm and title company. The ideal candidate is polished, punctual, organized, comfortable using technology, and able to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and by email.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Answering and routing incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Greeting clients, guests, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Managing the front reception area and conference room to ensure they remain clean, organized, and client-ready Scheduling and maintaining conference room calendars Assisting with firm calendars and staying aware of attorney and staff schedules Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries Assisting with scanning, copying, filing, and other administrative tasks Communicating professionally with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other parties Supporting attorneys, paralegals, title processors, and administrative team members as needed Helping create a positive, organized, and client-focused office environment Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in client interaction, phone handling, reception, or administrative support Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments Comfort working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Google applications, Adobe, and general office technology Experience with a multi-line or VOIP phone system preferred Prior law firm, title company, real estate, or professional office experience preferred, but not required
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
