Customer Service & Office Coordinator Motor Man Auto Repair

• Fort Walton Beach, FL Motor Man Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, organized, outgoing person to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and wants to learn the automotive industry. Automotive experience is not required — we're happy to teach the right person. What You'll Do You'll help keep our front office organized and our customers taken care of throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Following up with customers about recommended repairs and maintenance
• Greeting customers and assisting with check-ins and checkouts
• Helping manage the daily schedule
• Receiving and organizing parts
• Assisting with inventory
• Helping our service team coordinate and dispatch work
