Yacht Charter Manager

Blue Ocean Yacht Charters, a premier sailing and power boat charter company in Key West, Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Yacht Charter Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the seamless operation of our fleet and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience on and off the water.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Operations:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of our diverse fleet of sailing and power boats ensuring they are always in top condition for our guests Ensure all vessels meet safety regulations and are equipped for unforgettable charter experiences. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for both the boats Coordinate with crew, vendors and marine service providers for maintenance and repairs. Willingness to jump in at anytime and pick up any task at any time such as washing the boats or taking out the trash.

Customer Experience:

Act as the point of contact for charter guests, ensuring seamless coordination for their visit, check-in, and check-out processes. Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our vessels and services.

Team Leadership:

Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of dock hands and engineering crew. Foster a positive, collaborative and fun work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

Boating Experience:

Strong understanding of general vessel operations and maintenance. Ability to provide a holistic assessment of each vessel with a focus on ensuring the best customer experience possible

Customer Service:

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Leadership:

Experience managing and motivating a team.

Organization:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Pay:
