Job Description

Pharmacy Fulfillment Specialist
  • Entry Level (Veterinary) (This is an in-office position)
Schedule/Shift Assigned:
8:30
  • 4pm (30-40 hours per week)
  • Needs to have OPEN availability.
  • Weekends Mandatory
Responsibilities:
Pull product and pack accordingly Fulfill customer prescription orders Answer emails regarding customer inquiries Conduct calls to customers regarding pet status Detail-orientation and customer service
Requirements:
Preferred experience working within a warehouse/packing or mail order setting Preferred general knowledge of pet prevention/vaccines Ability to navigate computer systems and using multiple screens Customer Service experience required HS Diploma or GED Required/Must be at least 18 years old
