full-time Customer Service & Project Administration Supervisor Miami, FL | On-site Position Overview Our client is seeking a bilingual , highly organized Customer Service & Project Administration Supervisor to support customers throughout the lifecycle of construction and installation projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also managing project paperwork, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, scheduling, and internal coordination. The position will also provide day-to-day direction to two customer service team members. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, remodeling, cabinetry, millwork, building materials, interiors, or another project-based environment and is comfortable taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout active projects Provide day-to-day guidance and support to two customer service employees Communicate project schedules, delivery dates, changes, and next steps Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally Prepare estimates, invoices, payment paperwork, and project documentation Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and communicate with customers regarding payment Coordinate payment plans and maintain accurate payment records Maintain organized customer and project files Support project closeout and administrative completion of finished jobs Coordinate with sales, project management, accounting, and operations to keep projects moving Maintain customer and project information within Salesforce Help improve customer service processes, response times, and internal procedures Take ownership of issues and follow through until resolution Assist with training employees at a nearby location when needed Qualifications Experience in construction, remodeling, cabinetry, millwork, building materials, interiors, installation, or a similar project-based industry Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, estimates, or customer financial documentation Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Comfortable managing demanding or dissatisfied customers Experience providing direction, training, or supervision to other employees Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects at once Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and follow through without heavy oversight Comfortable working across sales, operations, accounting, and project teams CRM experience required; Salesforce experience preferred Cabinetry, millwork, or custom installation experience is strongly preferred but not required.
