Role Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team full-time onsite. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage daily incoming service request phone calls Build efficient technician routes based on customer locations Collect payment information from customers prior to service Close out previous day's service work orders and process billing Support technicians and onsite visits with clear, professional communication Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with phone-based customer service and scheduling Familiarity with basic billing and payment processing Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
