Outdoor Decor Store, a well-established, family-owned and operated outdoor furniture retailer in Naples, is looking for a friendly, dependable and organized Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position works closely with our customers, sales staff, warehouse and delivery team to help keep customer orders running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers Process customer payments Enter and update customer orders Schedule and coordinate deliveries Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery status File and follow up on manufacturer warranty claims Coordinate with sales, warehouse and delivery staff Maintain accurate customer and order records Assist with general office and administrative duties What We're Looking For Friendly and professional with customers Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and punctual Comfortable with computers and learning new software Able to multitask in a busy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, order-entry or retail experience is preferred. Furniture industry experience is not required — we will train the right person.

Pay:

$18-$20/hour, depending on experience
