Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing account activities, and ensuring a high level of service throughout every stage of communication and project coordination.
The Service Account Coordinator will support daily account operations, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
Coordinate account activities and assist with project timelines
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to clients when needed
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and service-related materials
Resolve client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Support the team with administrative and operational coordination tasks
