We're looking for a Client Success Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring clients have an outstanding experience from day one. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll help ensure our law firm clients receive exceptional service by coordinating communication between clients and our internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned law firm clients. Respond to client questions and provide timely updates. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time. Track open requests and follow through until issues are resolved. Assist with onboarding new clients and introducing them to our services. Prepare account updates and client communications. Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service. Help keep client information organized and up to date. Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed. Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Positive attitude and willingness to solve problems. Comfortable working with multiple departments. Reliable, professional, and accountable. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, account coordination, client success, administrative support, legal support, or healthcare. Experience working with Hubspot. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
