What You'll Own:
A sense of urgency in everything you do Recruit, engage, and mentor top nursing talent, building a strong, reliable workforce Lead the charge in providing continuity of care, ensuring consistent coverage with clinical precision and compassion Fill last-minute shifts and urgent requests, rebooking canceled shifts with confidence Build rapport with healthcare professionals and patients, becoming their trusted partner and clinical resource, by working shifts for our patients Be accountable to key metrics: hours worked, hires made, active working pool, fill rate, and EVV compliance
Your Schedule:
Thrive in a 24/7 environment supporting healthcare professionals and clients every day of the year Join our after-hours team, including some weekends and holidays, to support our healthcare professionals and patients when they need us most Lead by example and be fully present in the heart of the action with both shifts in the office and shifts in the field.
What You Bring:
Active Registered Nurse license with at least 1 year of experience in a home health organization Proven success in nursing staffing, scheduling, and clinical leadership High achiever mindset, driven by metrics and results A positive attitude and always going the extra mile to deliver world-class customer service Exceptional communication skills—clear, compassionate, and confident Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Leadership by example—serving as a role model who inspires excellence and clinical integrity Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, social media platforms, and AI tools Bilingual in Spanish preferred to serve our diverse community Join NurseSpring and be part of a mission that changes lives every single day.
