Customer Success Lead (CSL) EcoView Windows & Doors Job Type Full-time Job Description EcoView Windows & Doors is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Lead to join our team! The Customer Success Lead is responsible for guiding homeowners through every stage of their window and door improvement project—from the initial welcome call and project review to installation completion and post-installation follow-up. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely communication, accurate project information, and a positive experience throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Project Coordination:

Welcome new customers to the EcoView Windows & Doors family. Conduct customer welcome calls within 24 hours of the sale. Review project details, including products, quantities, colors, grid patterns, and special instructions. Confirm customer contact information and preferred communication methods. Serve as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the project.

Production & Installation Support:

Provide customers with updates while their project is in production. Communicate production milestones and expected timelines.

Post-Installation Customer Care:

Conduct 30-day customer follow-ups. Confirm project completion and customer satisfaction. Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related needs. Coordinate with the appropriate team members when additional assistance is required. Maintain professional and consistent communication throughout the customer journey.

Problem Resolution & Escalation:

Listen carefully to customer concerns and work toward appropriate solutions. Escalate project cancellation or hold requests to management according to company procedures. Communicate changes, delays, and important project information promptly. Maintain accurate customer records and project updates.

What We're Looking For:

Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, production teams, and management.
