Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marine service Manager to oversee our marine service operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marine service and repair. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. The Marine Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while maintaining safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the marine service department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding marine services. Oversee and perform various maintenance tasks including oil changes, warranty claims Ensure accurate transmission of information regarding service estimates and recommendations to customers. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards. Train and mentor staff in marine service techniques and best practices. Manage inventory levels for parts and supplies necessary for marine services. Collaborate with sales teams to promote marine services and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in marine service management or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of outboard engines, Garmin systems, new boat riggin, trolling motors, and power poles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lead a team while fostering a positive work environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
