What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by email Help customers with printing, copying, signs, banners, business cards, and other graphic products Prepare quotes and process customer orders Enter orders accurately into our system and follow them through completion Communicate with customers regarding pricing, artwork, production times, and order status Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time Review customer files and artwork for basic issues before production Handle payments, invoices, and other front-counter responsibilities Resolve customer questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner Maintain an organized and welcoming front office Assist with other day-to-day tasks as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and dependable Previous customer service, retail, print-shop, or office experience is a plus Basic knowledge of printing, graphic design, or Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required The Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this position enjoys helping people, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can manage multiple customer requests while keeping a positive attitude.
