Job Description
Develop employee shift plans and delegate tasks to team members. Inventory stock and reorder when inventories drop to specified levels. Generate reports on sales performance and stock levels for leadership and financial teams. Coordinate sales promotions. Recruit, onboard, and assess staff performance. Collaborate with executives to design strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and brand promotion. Supervise sales team activities to verify achievement of targets. Attend company meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments. Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.
