We take pride in providing excellent customer service, quick response times, and reliable solutions. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our office team as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator. Position Overview This is a fast-paced position that serves as the communication hub of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, coordinating with field personnel, and ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires someone who can stay organized while managing multiple priorities, communicate professionally with customers and team members, and maintain attention to detail throughout the day. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service. Schedule plumbing and septic service appointments. Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily routes. Communicate regularly with field staff regarding schedule changes, customer needs, and job updates. Track and manage incoming requests, estimates, follow-ups, and customer communications. Maintain accurate customer records and job information. Follow up with customers regarding estimates and pending work. Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed. Prioritize urgent requests while managing a high volume of ongoing tasks. Qualifications Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers, email, text messaging, and scheduling software. Ability to manage multiple requests from various team members throughout the day.
