Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Coordinator to manage and maintain a fleet account for one of our key customers. This role is essential to ensuring vehicles are properly tracked, serviced, and prioritized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
Pay will be discussed based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain a customer fleet account Organize and prioritize incoming work and service needs Coordinate closely with the logistics coordinator to ensure a timely workflow Track vehicle status, maintenance schedules, and job progress Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate updates clearly with internal team members and customers Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets company standards
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills High attention to detail Computer literacy (experience with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, etc.) Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
