Job Description

NG Windows is looking for an experienced Measure Specialist / Customer Experience Manager to support our North Georgia/Chattanooga territory . This is a hands-on field role that combines technical measurement, project coordination, quality assurance and customer communication. You'll be involved from the critical pre-installation stage through project completion
- making sure measurements and specifications are right before products are ordered, then helping ensure the installation and customer experience live up to NG Windows standards.

- eligible after 30 days HSA option 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid Time Off 4 Sick Days annually 9 Paid Holidays Company vehicle for field responsibilities Opportunity to grow with an established, growing company What You'll Do Measure & Prepare Visit residential job sites throughout the territory to take precise window and door measurements Evaluate site conditions and identify potential installation challenges before products are ordered Review purchase agreements and project specifications with customers to make sure details, changes and special orders are accurate Work closely with the ordering and operations teams to prepare projects for successful installation Own the Customer & Project Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout assigned projects Coordinate with customers, installation crews, subcontractors and internal teams Visit active job sites, monitor installation quality and help resolve issues quickly Keep customers informed of project updates, changes or delays Conduct final walkthroughs, confirm customer satisfaction and assist with final project closeout and payment collection Keep Projects Moving Document project details, site conditions, customer communication and changes in Salesforce Create and process work orders or change orders when needed Troubleshoot job-site issues and take ownership of finding solutions Maintain company vehicle and required records Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule for emergency field support What We're Looking For 3-5 years of hands-on window and door experience, ideally involving installation, service and/or field measurement Ability to accurately measure windows and doors and confidently evaluate job-site conditions Strong understanding of residential installation and construction practices Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail•accuracy extremely matters in this position Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in the field Comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities Computer proficiency; experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred Professional, dependable and comfortable working independently in the field Ability to safely climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
The Right Fit This isn't a desk-only project management position. You'll spend significant time in the field, in customers' homes and on active job sites. The right person enjoys the technical side of the business but is equally comfortable talking with homeowners, installers and internal teams. You're someone who notices the details, communicates before something becomes a problem, and takes ownership of a project from measurement through completion.
