Job Description
United Recovery & Remarketing is hiring a Lot Coordinator - Part Time in Woodstock, GA. This is a full-time position. UR2 is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team in Woodstock, GA. This position offers a consistent schedule of 2025 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you'll support the post-repossession process by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage lot, and helping customers in a professional and courteous manner. You'll play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy a hands-on work environment, we'd love to hear from you! In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors.
Responsibilities include:
Process repossessed vehicles and upload photosProperly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehiclesComplete condition reports in a timely mannerPrep vehicles for transport to auctionProvide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal propertyProvide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lotOther various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$17/hour

• This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
