As a Client Care Manager (CCM), You Will Focus on the day-to-day operations of The Flanders Team in the four main areas: administrative, general marketing, client communication, and management. The main goal of the CCM is to support the agents in these areas allowing them to focus on building their client relationships. The support from the CCM is an integral part of the team's total team success. What You May Work On Client Relation Management (CRM) - Tracking, inputting, and utilizing our database system to maintain a high level of contact with current/past clients Manage tasks and communications before, during, and after a transaction Develop marketing schedule for social media, mailings, and events Manage communications and task assignments for rental properties What We Are Looking For In You Minimum of 1 year experience (2+ preferred) in a professional/administrative setting Experience in the real estate industry preferred, but not required Demonstrated computer skills and eagerness to work with new technologies Desire to work autonomously and take ownership of work Proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced/unpredictable environment Learning based both independently and in a team environment (i.e. general real estate, personal growth, best practices) Team player - excited to see the team achieve success Maintain confidentiality pertaining to all team members and client personal information Breakdown of Roles & Responsibilities Administrative Manage new pending sales and upcoming closings Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented (research when applicable) Set up and maintain paper/electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports Maintain event calendar and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or agents Order team supplies and closing gifts Assist with property management including but not limited to: maintenance scheduling, rent tracking, application processing, etc. Listing marketing/management Help maintain accurate records and communication schedules for prospective clients Work with closing office, lender, and agent to ensure transparency Maintain database of prospects and help agents stay in touch with clients Mail newsletters, promotional material or other information Coordinate new marketing materials with team and design where needed Keep website up-to-date, post on social media How to Apply Please submit a resume and cover letter to Holly Thompson at Applications will be reviewed within 1 week of submission.
