Position Summary:
Are you an ambitious, detail-oriented communicator looking to build a long-term career in B2B sales and account management? Level 10 is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our sales team! In this dynamic hybrid role, you will pair directly with a dedicated Account Manager to manage, support, and grow a joint portfolio of client accounts. You will own the day-to-day client experience—handling inbound showroom and phone traffic, processing quotes, managing art proofs and order workflows, and delivering top-tier customer service. As you master the business, you'll have the opportunity to close transactional orders, re-engage existing accounts, and transition into building and managing your own book of business over time. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) 1.
Account Management Support & Operations Sales Support:
Partner side-by-side with your dedicated Account Manager to prepare quotes, pull garment samples, compile product decks, and gather client project specs.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate client records and deal stages in HubSpot, ensuring follow-up tasks and order details are logged with precision.
Order Transition:
Take ownership of closed sales from your Account Manager, guiding projects through artwork proofing, production tracking, and final delivery. 2.
Serve as the welcoming front-line guide for walk-in clients visiting our curated showroom.
Inbound Triage:
Field incoming phone calls and web inquiries, providing quick order status updates or conducting initial discovery for new sales opportunities.
Customer Care:
Resolve customer inquiries, sample requests, and order pick-ups with warmth and efficiency. 3.
Transactional Sales & Account Growth Small Account Closing:
Independently quote, consult on, and close smaller, straightforward custom apparel orders (screen printing, embroidery, DTF).
Account Retention & Upselling:
Re-engage past low-frequency accounts, manage routine re-orders, and introduce additional decoration options or online store solutions to current clients.
Career Growth:
Shadow your Account Manager on larger corporate pitches and custom store setups to master advanced B2B sales methodologies.
What We're Looking For Qualifications:
Experience:
1+ years in customer service, sales support, administrative, or inside sales roles.
Growth Mindset:
A strong desire to learn the B2B custom apparel industry, with the ambition to grow into managing accounts independently over time.
Organization & Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail when managing order specifications, artwork requirements, and client timelines.
Communication:
Clear, professional, and confident verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Discipline:
Comfortable learning CRM tools ( HubSpot experience is a big plus ) and maintaining accurate data.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay:
Competitive hourly base rate ($18.00-$22.00/hr based on experience).
