Join our growing team to guide caregivers in providing life enhancing services to individuals affected by disabilities in a community setting. Help others learn how to cook, maintain their home, grocery shop, maintain hygiene needs, explore hobbies, exercise, participate in leisure activities in the community and grow as an individual. The right person for the Service Coordinator position must have strong organizational skills, time management, and problem solving and communication skills. The position requires creativity, patience, and flexibility. The Service Coordinator involves both office and direct support hours each week, as well as on-call responsibilities. Most teams are small, focusing on 3-6 members so that individual attention can focus on specific needs. This is a great position for direct support providers interested in moving into management. Candidate must pass all state required background checks, have a high school diploma or GED, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance. All training compensated, and Hiring Bonus of up to $2k paid over the 1st 6 months.

EOE Pay:

$23.00 - $24.50 per hour
