What You'll Do Reach out to customers by phone or in person about past-due accounts Work with customers to find solutions and set up payment plans that work for everyone Keep accurate, detailed account notes and follow up consistently Use the negotiation tools and training we provide to help you win What You Bring Strong communication skills — you're confident, friendly, and professional Sharp attention to detail A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure Collections, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you! Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week, with regular overtime built in Monday, Friday, and Saturday are required Weekday hours: 9:00 AM

• 7:00 PM Saturday hours: 9:00 AM
• 4:00 PM Pay $15
• 18/hour , based on experience Overtime paid at time-and-a-half .
