GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensures that the daily operations of the organization operate efficiently and provides customer service that is second to none.  Gains commitment from customers to schedule in‐home consultations  Scheduling field installations  Process invoices and customer payments  Assist with tracking and ordering inventory  Run reports essential to business operations  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints  Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner  Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

 Prefer experience in the Durable medical equiptment sector.  Demonstrated aptitude for problem‐solving; ability to determine solutions for customers  Must be results‐orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications  Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills  Manage multiple priorities  Stellar time management skills  Strong customer service focus

Pay:
