What You'll Do We're looking for a dependable, energetic Saturday Customer Pickup Team Lead to run our customer pickup operation and lead a team of 3-4 employees. You'll be responsible for keeping the team organized and productive, making sure customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, handling customer questions and issues, and creating a pickup experience that makes customers want to come back. This is a hands-on lead position. You'll be working alongside the team while also making sure the operation runs smoothly throughout the day.

What We're Looking For Requirements:

Previous team lead, shift lead, or supervisory experience. Retail or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred. Friendly, positive, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Reliable and punctual — consistent Saturday attendance is essential Comfortable directing others and holding a team accountable Able to make decisions and solve problems without constant supervision Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling merchandise Schedule This position is Saturdays only on an ongoing basis. Availability during the week will be required initially for onboarding and training. After training is complete, the regular schedule will be Saturdays.
