Job Description

Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1135 W. Wood location in Decatur, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting the growth of our team members.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assuranceLead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store cleanlinessAssist in hiring, training, and developing new team membersEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesManage customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionallyCollaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and achieve sales goalsMonitor and control costs related to labor, food, and suppliesAssist in creating employee schedules and managing payrollMaintain accurate records and complete required paperworkStep in to perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation and order takingQualificationsProven experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiencesProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literacy, including proficiency in order entry and inventory management systemsKnowledge of food safety and handling proceduresFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate a fast-paced kitchen environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
