$100,000 – $115,000/Annually

+ Match and More! The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department. He/she will oversee 10 employees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate custom order processing. Additionally, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for employee schedules, ongoing coaching, and maintaining a positive and productive department. This will manage multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail, be a team player and be ready to perform other duties/projects as assigned. Customer Service Manager:
Manage the supervision and coordination of the day-to-day activities to ensure the quality of the team's performance while providing an exceptional customer experience Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and instill a teamwork philosophy Exercise good judgment in performance of all required functions Provide coaching and mentoring for employee development Provide regular feedback, technical assistance, and moral support to the staff Experience in instituting and incentivizing Customer Service Representatives Demonstrate ability to build the team, while collaboratively working towards achieving common goals Provide more direct customer support during the department's busiest times, but also assist customers throughout the workday with any escalations Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Keep track of attendance Deliver on established departmental service level expectations Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to create processes that best benefit the entire team Any other duties as assigned to drive the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of our organization Requirements for the
Customer Service Manager:
At least 5 years of customer service management experience with proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring, leading and developing personnel towards accomplishing and maintaining goals and expectations Bachelor's degree Manufacturing experience required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Impeccable organization and time management ability Excellent written and verbal communication Attentiveness to detail and thoroughness Ability to meet deadlines
