Full-Time (On-Site)Pay:
$18-$25/hour (based on experience and performance) This Role Drives Growth — Not Just Tasks We are not hiring for a basic office position. This role is the engine behind our sales process—owning the customer experience from the moment a job is sold through completion and making sure every opportunity is captured, followed up, and executed. You will play a direct role in how much business we close, how smoothly jobs run, and how customers experience our company. What You'll Own Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Respond to incoming leads quickly and convert them into scheduled appointments Manage and organize all open opportunities in our CRM (ServiceTitan) Assign and schedule leads based on availability and priority Ensure no lead or opportunity gets missed Follow-Up That Drives Revenue Follow up on unsold estimates and stalled opportunities Re-engage past leads and help recover lost business Support outbound efforts to keep the schedule full Maintain consistent communication to move customers toward decisions Customer Experience & Coordination Act as the main point of contact between customers, sales, and install teams Confirm appointments and set clear expectations for customers Support sold-job communication and ensure smooth handoffs Resolve questions and keep customers informed every step of the way Operational Execution Keep accurate notes, job details, and communication in CRM Track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and appointment status Identify breakdowns and fix them before they become problems Work closely with leadership to improve systems and results What It Takes to Win in This Role You move fast and don't let things sit You stay organized even when things get busy You communicate clearly and confidently with customers You take ownership instead of waiting for direction You can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball You care about doing things right and seeing results Experience That Fits This Role Customer service, inside sales, dispatch, or coordination experience Experience working in a CRM or scheduling system ServiceTitan experience is a strong plus Home service (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) experience is a plus Who This Is NOT For Someone looking for a slow-paced or repetitive office job Someone who avoids phone communication or customer interaction Someone who struggles with urgency or follow-through Someone who needs constant direction instead of taking initiative What You'll Get 100% Company-Paid Health Benefits Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Overtime Opportunities Performance-Based Spiffs Ongoing Training & Growth Opportunities No Weekend Work The Opportunity This is a critical role in a growing company.
